✨ Return Policy

At Iridescent Beauty Co., your satisfaction means everything to us. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our return policy is designed to be simple, clear, and fair.

📦 Returns

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 business days.

  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, unworn, in original packaging, with tags, and include proof of purchase.

  • A 20% processing fee applies to all approved returns (to cover handling and inspection).

  • Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and integrity of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • All opened items

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous or flammable items

💎 Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We may request clear images or a short video so we can quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or solution.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your eligible purchase and place a new order.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval.

  • Approved refunds (minus the 20% processing fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Info@IridescentBeautyCo.com.

🌍 European Union Customers

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition as outlined above.
