SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIME We need about 3 business days to get your order ready and packed with love! If you order on weekends or holidays, we'll start processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Economy Shipping ($3-5) - Takes about 5-7 business days after we ship Comes with basic insurance coverage (up to $50)

Standard Shipping ($5-8) - Gets to you in 3-5 business days after we ship Also includes basic insurance coverage (up to $50)

Priority Shipping ($12) - Fast delivery in just 1-3 business days after we ship Includes better insurance coverage and we handle your order first!

Some larger packages may require private logistics carriers and we'll let you know when we ship.

PROTECTING YOUR ORDER

Small orders (under $50): Any shipping option works great with our standard coverage

Medium orders ($50-$99): We recommend Priority Shipping for better protection of your beautiful products

Larger orders ($100+): Priority Shipping is your best bet to make sure everything arrives safely and securely

ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your package every step of the way!

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION All Priority shipments include delivery confirmation, and for orders over $100, someone will need to sign for the package to keep everything secure.

SHIPPING ADDRESS Please double-check your shipping address during checkout! If there's a mix-up with the address and your package needs to be reshipped, we'll work with you on the additional shipping costs.

SHIPPING DELAYS While we work hard to meet delivery expectations, sometimes unexpected things happen. We'll always keep you updated and do our best to help!

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES We recommend adding Route Package Protection for extra peace of mind, but if anything happens to your package, just reach out to us - we're here to help make it right!

WEATHER & DELIVERY UPDATES Mother Nature sometimes has other plans! If weather affects your delivery or if there are any delivery attempts that don't work out, we'll work together to find the best solution.

ORDER VERIFICATION Sometimes we need to double-check order details for everyone's security. If we need any additional info from you, we'll reach out with simple next steps. We're always happy to work with you to make sure your order goes smoothly!

REFUNDS Sale and discounted items are final sale, but we're always here if you have questions!
